I came home from the dentist yesterday morning and found Andy, after a hard week at work, in the rocking chair upstairs reading every word of your comments. Tree out the window blooming. Dog on the floor next to him. iPod attached to the stereo. Souvenir hankie from Timberline Lodge out and in heavy use. Eyes glistening as he looked up.
Thank you, just one more thank you again. Thank you for this magical week.
Back on Monday.
Love always,
Paulson & Co.

You and Andy are two of the sweetest people that I have never met. I wish you so much happiness in your new adventure. I know that your little girl will be happy when she finds her way home.

I echo all of these wonderful, heartfelt sentiments. My prayers are with you both.

Oh Congratulations!
I am so happy for both of you. 'Baby news' is the best news. Ever. I wish you all the best. Your pathway - and 'your' little girl's pathway - coming together - you put it so nicely.
Blessings to you all.
Is there such a thing as a 'blog baby shower'?

Oh I just can't help but chime in with more congrats. That's gonna be one lucky little girl!

Congratulations. Just hearing your news has made me smile all week. I know that a blog is just a small glimpse of your life, but it is a life filled with love and beauty. What a wonderful family you are now and will be with your new one.

Oh how fun - a blog baby shower? We should totally do it! What a beautiful photo, Alicia - we got 80 inches of snow this year, I cannot wait to see those little buds again :)

I hadn't written my congratulations yet but I will now! Yours is the first blog I ever read and it inspired and opened up a whole new world to me. From the bottom of my heart I thank you and from the bottom of my heart I wish you as much happiness as you can stand.

Hey guys,
Kind of new on here but felt moved to send you prayers and good vibes.
I think your girl's gonna have good times :-)

Yeah. Yeah. A blog baby shower. Love the thought. What is your thinking on how to do this, Diane from Balimore?

Isn't it wonderful that you have created this place, here, where kindness reigns supreme.
Where so many of us can seek like minded souls. I am so grateful for it... I get little glimmers of hope- You deserve all the well wishes and blessings and happiness snd to have some little someone to share it all with. This is a bit like reading a really good story with a happy ending, except that we will get to know what happens after the Happily Ever After part.

A baby blog shower? What a cool idea.
There are a lot of us want to shower you with love and good wishes, and the odd gift and card x

THAT is priceless! I love that he reads the comments and knows how many people (many of whom have never met either of you) care for both of you so much.

I agree with everybody else! You both will be wonderful parents! Thanks for sharing your lives with us! I love your blog!!
I saw that Target is having "Liberty of London" items in their store in March. They have a Liberty of London bicycle! I thought of you!

I am so happy and excited for you and Andy. I have goose bumps! I have been thinking for years (as I have read your blog), they would make the best parents. I wonder if they have ever thought about adopting.
We adopted our son from China seven years ago. I cannot begin to tell you what joy he has brought us. Like you, we wanted to be parents like forever, and it took like forever. We were married nine years before he entered our lives. But the wait was so worth it, we were blessed with the most precious child in the world (okay, all parents say that)!
Many, many blessings on the expanding Paulson family. Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy!

You two are just too cute! And I am so excited for you. I just can't wait for the happy day and all the details. YES, let's do an online baby shower! (sorry though, I have no clue what to do!)

I am still sooooo very excited when I just think about how wonderful you will be as parents and how lucky, lucky, lucky baby Paulson is!!!! Now I guess you hurry up and wait - is that how it works?
And your tree is beautiful! It's snowing here...though I spotted some bulbs peeking up earlier today.
:o)

Speaking for just myself (but by all the comments, guessing most of us feel this way)... You both seem like such sweet people. You both share so much of your life and love with us. You both are part of our lives.
We can't help but send all the love, excitement, and well wishes right back at ya!
Thanks to you and Andy for sharing so much with all of us.
Love and hugs, Julie G.

Congratulations once again! This is such an amazing thing you're doing, you really do deserve all the well wishes and praise you get, and more!
I also love the idea of having a "blog baby shower". :)

I just wanted to say one more thing. Nice men who share with their partners, who want the same things, who get them and know what makes them happy, who like to see them happy and who make time for them, give those of us without a nice man in our life hope that he does actually exist - cos they're the only kind we should all want. So thank you Andy! Be happy all of you.

You are so very welcome. Just like the first commentor said, you are the sweetest people I have never met.

it's so nice to know that our comments mean so much to you two. it's why we visit your neck of the woods and feel like we're long distance friends. that little girl doesn't know how lucky she will be when she enters your loving lives, but she will learn the easy way.
could you send some of those pretty blooms east? it's been snowing for two days here!

Good luck and much love.
